Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management: Ensure that production areas comply with EHS regulatory requirements; supervise cleanroom operators to follow safety procedures and prevent cross-contamination and microbiological risks.
Risk Assessment & Control: Conduct safety risk assessments for production equipment; develop and implement risk control measures to ensure personnel safety and product quality.
Construction Management (Small Projects & Facility Renovations): Participate in EHS reviews and construction safety management for facility renovations and small engineering projects; manage contractor safety training and construction risk assessments.
Chemical Management: Responsible for hazard assessments of chemicals used in production (e.g., cleaners, disinfectants, lubricants); maintain a chemical inventory to ensure compliance with hazardous chemical regulations; conduct regular inspections of chemical storage areas to prevent leaks and cross-contamination.
Training & Compliance: Provide EHS training for production staff, including operational safety, personal protection, and emergency response, ensuring compliance with ISO, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements.
Incident Investigation & Emergency Response: Handle safety incidents in production areas, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions; organize emergency drills to ensure quick response to incidents such as fires or chemical spills.
Continuous Improvement: Promote EHS performance improvement, participate in energy-saving and waste management projects; conduct regular audits of safety and environmental controls in aseptic filling areas.
