Job Description

Lead the end-to-end construction process for data center projects (greenfield and brownfield).
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and client specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations, Security, IT/Network) and external vendors.
Manage contractors, commissioning agents, and specialty subcontractors.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
Drive a “Safety First” culture on-site; enforce health and safety protocols.
Implement QA/QC processes and monitor adherence to design and construction standards.
Perform inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage change orders, cost forecasts, and contract administration.
Oversee commissioning activities to validate system performance.
Ensure smooth handover to operations team with complete documentation.
