As Associate Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of complex projects across sectors. You will be accountable for ensuring all aspects of project execution meet quality, cost, schedule, safety, and environmental standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall project management to ensure delivery in line with defined quality, cost, schedule, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Define and support project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including master programmes, manpower, materials, and equipment schedules.
- Oversee the implementation of project delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with internal processes and systems.
- Manage change control processes and monitor project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Manage the flow of project information through regular meetings, reporting, and written communications.
- Maintain effective project governance and ensure adherence to internal standards and statutory requirements.
- Identify and escalate quality, safety, health, and environmental issues to the appropriate line manager.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure consistent implementation across the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and advise on project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and timely client invoicing using internal accounting systems.
- Prepare and present formal project progress reports, master programmes, and performance metrics.
- Capture key project learnings and contribute to internal knowledge management systems.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and report to relevant stakeholders.
