We are seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst with 5โ7 years of post-graduate experience or equivalent, who is ready to take the next step in their career or currently performing a similar role in a comparable environment. This position requires strong contract management expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders while ensuring compliance and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review procurement plans, contracting strategies, scopes of work, specifications, and draft RFP/RFT documents
- Perform day-to-day contract management activities including attending or chairing progress meetings, monitoring schedules, expediting deliverables, and drafting change documents
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
- Track and validate payment requests, manage accrual reporting, and forecast contract spend
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents, correspondence, and change orders
- Identify and escalate potential risks, disputes, or deviations from contract obligations
- Facilitate and negotiate changes, claims, and disputes as required
- Assist in designing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance vendor relationships and optimize contract spend
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly expenditures across all contracts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency
