Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all MEP design and construction activities, aligning with project objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to achieve timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project integrity.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for data centre construction.
- Oversee commissioning and testing of MEP systems to guarantee optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, including progress updates and financial forecasts, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive best practices for sustainable, energy-efficient design and construction in all projects.
