Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior โ Associate Director level Campus Program Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to the General Manager, Construction, and the broader leadership team, playing a central role in guiding a large, multi-phase data center construction program. Acting as the primary liaison between the owner organization and all project delivery teams, this role ensures seamless coordination, transparent communication, and consistent alignment across a complex project lifecycle.
The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations for the campus construction program and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
- Drive planning and execution of deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, trackers, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and technical delivery.
- Ensure all project changes are thoroughly evaluated, documented, and approved.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the program.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain alignment with procurement processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Track and report on KPIs for schedule adherence, budget performance, and quality metrics.
- Support leadership in preparing for executive reviews, governance sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication of program status to all stakeholders.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, documentation, and communication workflows.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
