Develop, implement, and maintain the project鈥檚 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management plan, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, project requirements, and hotel operator safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, ensure safe work practices, and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.
Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up, ensuring transparent reporting and prevention of recurrence.
Coordinate and enforce HSE requirements with contractors and subcontractors, including review of method statements, permits-to-work, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
Prepare and present HSE reports, KPIs, safety statistics, and compliance documentation to project management, consultants, and relevant authorities.
