Senior Project Manager - Civil - Navi Mumbai

Turner & Townsend is looking for Senior Project Manager to join our prestigious Industrial client in Mumbai and be part of our growing project management team.

There are long term secured frameworks with national and regional organizations within the following sectors - Warehousing/ Industrial/ Green field / fit out projects.

Role within the Project

• Manage CSA design management.
• Manage construction, issue resolution, and coordination
• Manage Site execution & Quality
• Manage civil team.

Responsibilities:

• Client facing, end to end stakeholders management
• In-depth understanding of PEB Structures, structural scope or works & managing team.
• Manage contractor construction lead, investigate gaps in the construction team resolve issues with the contractor and expedite works.
• Align contractor to Scope, plan & forecast critical activities.
• Fair understanding of local statutory approval

Reporting

• Depending upon context, a Senior project manager is likely to report to a Area Manager or Associate Director.
