Responsibilities:
- Close liaison with Clientâs representative to fulfil the projectâs quality requirementsâ
- Establish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and Consultantsâ on-site
- Plan and allocate QC resources to do witness on-site and off-site inspections proposed by Contractorsâ
- Perform audit/ field inspection to Contractors as requested by the Clientâ
- Review and/ or approve all ITP and Checklistâ
- Perform site walk with Client and or Consultant to ensure quality requirements are met.â
- Recruiting qualified QC personnel as requiredâ
- Plan for witnessing the commissioning based on the available resourcesâ
- Present the quality related issue to the Client weekly and escalate any significant issue for resolutionâ
- Attend & ensure Kick off Meeting of vendors are performedâ
- Attend weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultants and Contractors â
- Attend specific weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, vendors, consultants and Clients in regard to resolution of technical issuesâ
- Review contractorsâ QC resources to ensure they are qualified for inspecting the worksâ
- Generate weekly report of Quality for the Clientâ
- Establish and review weekly QC activity plan of all QC personnel â
- Generate and review QC daily report â
- Lead QAQC meeting with Contractors weeklyâ
- Lead Internal QAQC meeting with all QC personnel of all projectsâ
- Ensure all quality dossier have been put into Clientâs documentation systemâ
- Validate or review the As built drawings generated by Contractorsâ
- Conduct Performance evaluation for all QC personnel as planned
