We are looking for an OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) Project Manager, responsible for ensuring that all activities in regard to the owner furnished equipment (that is purchased by the client), are executed in a qualitative and timely manner. A key role within the organization, you will be the client鈥檚 representative overseeing the entirety of the OFE (Owner Furnished Equipment) / FIA (Field Integrated Assembly) activities, working with different stakeholders (client sourcing departments and contractors on the project) and updating the project team on advancements and potential bottlenecks.
- Managing OFE; monitoring and reporting on vendor and integrator off site activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client strategies.
- Performing in depth contract and scope of work reviews with gap analysis, ensuring all contractual scope is covered between the vendors and site contractors teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various client departments and contractors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
- Provide regular (weekly) progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and fostering trust throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage OFE schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to guide project execution effectively. Ensuring ROS (required on site) dates correlate between schedule and vendors.
- Swiftly resolve issues, blockers and conflicts that may arise during project execution, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a communicative supporting work ethic.
- Structure the complex work interfaces with ease and simplicity showing effective ways of working and managing activities and stakeholders across the critical PM categories of: Scope, Time, Cost and Quality.
This role will require a large degree of on-site presence, with some flexibility to be agreed upon.
