Job Description

Develops, implements, and monitors HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local laws and global best practices.
Conducts risk assessments and hazard identification for all project phases; recommends and enforces mitigation strategies.
Leads incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Interfaces with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure HSE requirements are understood and met.
Prepares and delivers HSE training, inductions, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
Maintains accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and training in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Coordinates emergency response planning and drills.
Monitors compliance with PPE usage, safe work procedures, and site safety rules.
Liaises with government agencies and ensures timely submission of statutory reports.
Tracks HSE performance metrics and prepares regular reports for management and clients.
Promotes a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across all levels of the organization.
