Job Description

Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
Support design management and procurement activities.
Support stakeholder consultation
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance
Contract Administration & Acting as the Superintendent’s Representative to support the Superintendent;
Writing Minutes for all meetings;
Drafting PSC Reports for review by the AD or Director; and
Drafting Monthly Reports for review by the AD or Director
