The HR & Recruitment Intern will begin their professional career working closely with the Human Resources team, supporting key processes related to recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and general HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR best practices and the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, people鈥慺ocused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist in maintaining candidate trackers, recruiting dashboards, and weekly reports.
- Participate in onboarding activities, helping coordinate documentation, welcome materials, and first鈥慸ay logistics.
- Manage HR documentation and support the organization of employee files and internal databases.
- Assist with internal communications, PowerPoint presentations, and HR-related reports.
- Help coordinate HR initiatives such as trainings, engagement activities, and employee surveys.
- Attend recurring team meetings and support follow-up actions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the HR team on administrative duties, including invoice follow-up, expense tracking, and support for ongoing HR projects.
