Job Description

Candidate must have experience in corporate interior fitouts projects.
Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Oversee design coordination, procurement, and site execution activities.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage changes/variations effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
