We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Real Estate Fit Out team, supporting major programmes in London and the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to work on high鈥憄rofile terminal refurbishments, passenger experience upgrades, back鈥憃f鈥慼ouse fit outs, and complex operational infrastructure within live airport environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management delivery across fit鈥憃ut packages within large aviation estates.
- Manage cost planning, estimating, budget control and reporting throughout project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement strategy, tender documentation, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Provide cost advice to clients, design teams, and operational leads within live airports.
- Manage change control, risk, value engineering, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with governance and programme controls requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team development.
