Accountable for supporting the efficient management of talent attraction and talent acquisition activities in our Canada business. Recruiting the industries finest Cost Managers, Project Managers and Project Controls specialists to help us deliver the best projects in the Region for all of our Divisions. Finding great people for our organisation. You will work alongside a Senior Recruiter and the Associate Director of HR Canada to support the overall recruitment strategy for Canada.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordination
- Being responsible for our Applicant Tracking system; creating positions, reviewing and updating candidates for accurate reporting.
- Scheduling interviews and providing feedback
- Reference/background checks for selected candidates
Recruitment/Sourcing
- Attending in-take meetings to ensure that all the required information is identified
- Sourcing candidates utilising variety of mediums such as social media, referrals, networking and job boards
- Pre-Screening/telephone interviews candidates for pipeline or current vacancies
- Work to build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long term workforce capability for the business.
- Build trust and rapport with external parties (candidates and clients, when appropriate), as well as internal parties (employees, stakeholders, and new hires)
