1. Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, design coordination, procurement, contractor management, construction, and handover.
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, quality control, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct project health checks, provide intervention plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
2. Authorities & Regulatory Management
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, local councils, and government bodies including:
- Manage end鈥憈o鈥慹nd submission, approval, permitting and compliance for:
- Earthwork, infrastructure, utilities, ECW, BP submissions
- Fire Safety compliance
- Electrical, mechanical, and structural approvals
- Green building certifications (LEED, GBI) where applicable
- Ensure all project activities meet codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the client and EPCM in meetings with authorities to secure timely permits, resolve technical queries, and maintain strong regulatory relationships.
- Lead site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews required by authorities.
3. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure effective communication between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
4. Financial & Contract Management
- Manage project financials, including budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee tender processes, vendor prequalification, contract negotiations, and value engineering initiatives.
- Lead documentation preparation
5. Safety & Risk Management
- Advocate and enforce strict safety standards across all project sites, consultants, and vendors.
- Lead incident investigations (e.g., fall from height, electrical trips, underground service strikes).
- Conduct safety risk assessments, audits, and development of SOPs and Safe Work Method Statements.
