The Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and aid on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions – assisting with project management commissions and end to end delivery
Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project and team members - can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.
Help to set up the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameter, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be used throughout project.
Candidates should preferably have experience in the Corporate Interior sector, with knowledge of all aspects of a project, as Civil-Structural, Electro-Mechanical Engineering areas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the flow of project information between the wider team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications, establishing project governance and communication clarity through good practice.
Knowledge management to our own systems and tools – complying with our own business management system and process associated with this role and position
Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to agreements, designs and specifications, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and change orders
Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and keep files for due diligence and financials
Ability in managing multiple timelines and project elements simultaneously, setting priorities, and working to targets and deadlines
Manage project correspondence (Meetings, Reports, Memos, Emails, etc.) to help, support and track with the wider team
