Our 24âmonth Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you the foundation to become a well-rounded consultant and launch a successful career.
From day one, youâll immerse yourself in Turner & Townsend - building networks, learning how our business works, and gaining real industry experience. Your structured development plan will introduce you to the technical and commercial skills needed to grow, supported by your peers and manager.
Learning goes beyond onâtheâjob experience. Youâll receive a mix of technical and behavioural training delivered by both experienced professionals and peers, helping you build confidence and capability. We also support professional qualifications through leading industry bodies.
As part of our Project Management, Cost Management or Project Controls teams, youâll help deliver major programmes that create positive impact across communities and industries. Youâll gain experience across sectors such as infrastructure, aviation, rail, utilities, energy and defence.
Youâll be involved in:
- Managing project delivery and client commitments
- Preparing project documentation and schedules
- Supporting procurement, risk, change and governance processes
- Working across the full project lifecycle
Youâll also have opportunities to pursue qualifications with APMâincluding PMQ, PPQ and eventually ChPPâand, depending on your role, RICS accreditation.
