Due to growing demand for high‑quality construction project data and consistent reporting across our clients’ capital programs, Turner & Townsend is seeking an Onsite Data Manager to support data management activities across multiple construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite engagement with construction teams to collect and verify project data across cost, schedule, quantities, progress, procurement, change, and performance metrics.
- Organize, structure, and maintain project data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Produce documentation, data dictionaries, process maps, and data specifications to establish standard approaches across projects.
- Develop and maintain standard data and reporting templates in coordination with project controls, cost, and scheduling teams.
- Contribute to Benchmark Data collection and utilization for reporting and future project use.
- Support client with AI initiatives throughout their organization.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client teams, contractors, and internal Turner & Townsend colleagues.
- Identify and promote opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and alignment across the program.
- Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focused on service excellence and exceptional performance.
- Translate construction data and project information into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, and must be adhered to where applicable.
