Turner and Townsend in CEE region are now opening a legal entity in Czech Republic and therefore expanding their HR team. We are seeking a professional HR Generalist (part-time). This is a generalist and hands-on role, reporting into the CEE HR Lead, located in Prague, Czech Republic.

Main purpose of the role
Provide comprehensive support for a Team of about 50 Colleagues in the employment area. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support organizational culture and employee engagement through effective HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process and deliver engaging new-hire orientations to ensure a great start for all new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as the go鈥憈o HR contact for employees, collaborating with the EMEA HR team when needed to resolve questions and concerns.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer local benefits programs, ensure compliance with Czech regulations, and support annual compensation cycles.
- Policies & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Czech labor law and local employment regulations. Keep policies updated and manage contracts, working time, H&S requirements, and termination processes.
- Training & Development: Support the coordination of learning initiatives, training sessions, and career development activities.
- Performance Management: Help run performance review cycles, track progress, and ensure timely completion in line with global guidelines.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, update databases, and communicate changes promptly to the external payroll provider.
- Health & Safety: Support H&S compliance, wellness initiatives, and coordination of occupational health activities.
- Employee Engagement: Assist the country lead with events, engagement programs, surveys, and follow-up actions.
- HR Administration: Prepare employment documents, manage contracts, support immigration processes, and handle HR correspondence.
- HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects by providing local insights and supporting implementation.
