Integration Design & Development: Architect, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations, ensuring they meet enterprise standards and business needs.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution process to ensure integrations function correctly and efficiently.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across integrated systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various teams, including business owners, IT, project managers, and external vendors.
Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain technical specifications, best practices, and integration documentation, and provide knowledge transfer to internal resources.
