Prepare employment letters, register new hires for medical insurance, and update internal HR systems. Maintain accurate employee records and personal files (P-files).
Support background checks and visa applications for new hires.
Handle HR-related billing and reporting across Asia countries.
Manage end-to-end HR operations across Asia region (including probation tracking, contract renewals, job changes, terminations and more)
Work closely with the business leaders as a strategic partner on HR matters.
First point of contact for employees & managers to provide support for individual needs on HR processes.
Prepare monthly payroll instruction file with supporting documents as per local legislations.
Take initiatives to improve overall effectiveness of HR processes.
