Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents including drawings, technical submissions, correspondences, reports, and records using the approved Document Control System (DCS).
Ensure proper document numbering, version control, distribution, and tracking of submissions between contractors, consultants, and the project team.
Monitor and follow up on document workflows, ensuring timely review, approval, and closeout of project documentation in accordance with project procedures.
Prepare and update document logs, transmittals, registers, and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project quality requirements
