1. Design Management - coordinating with Architects and Consultants from developing test-fit to finalization of layout, preparation of 3D Views, detailed designing, BOQ Preparation, etc
2. Coordinating with Client's cross-functional teams to gather the requirements
3. Supporting procurement team with technical confirmations/clarity for enabling vendor procurement/empanelment
4. Review of BOQ for checking accuracy / sufficiency of the line items / scope of works
5. Site visits to understand the suitability / feasibility of the layout
6. Working on the client systems / online platform for updating the project status
7. Site visits to track the construction progress / resolve bottle necks and providing the work fronts to contractors, client appointed vendors, etc
8. Controlling and monitoring site construction works
9. Project handing over - technical handover and supporting cost team for commercial closeout
10. Change management - Implementing appropriate change management process to track the changes and impact
11. Supporting the team for smaller assignments
