Industry-Specific Hiring: Focus on roles across real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, leasing, and corporate support.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
Employer Branding: Promote the company鈥檚 brand in the real estate talent market through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies.
Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights to leadership.
