The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating key commercial and administration processes for the Turner & Townsend team assigned to the Client's project account. This includes handling invoices, timesheets, overtime approvals, revenue forecasting, contract tracking, and facilitating regular communication between internal teams and the client. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and coordinate Turner & Townsend invoices for the Client's project to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Manage and coordinate personnel timesheets for Turner & Townsend team members assigned to the Client's project.
- Coordinate overtime requests and approvals with relevant management stakeholders for the Turner & Townsend team.
- Prepare, monitor, and consolidate revenue forecasts, including monthly and annual forecast projections for the Turner & Townsend Client's account.
- Lead weekly internal consolidation meetings to communicate contract, invoice, and revenue-related issues to the broader team and ensure alignment.
- Attend ad-hoc meetings with the client team to discuss and resolve commercial or operational issues as they arise.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain contract manpower tracking, including fee structure and schedule, for Turner & Townsend Client's project resources.
- Maintain visibility of all active and potential Client's opportunities, ensuring alignment between delivery, commercial, and leadership teams.
- Proactively track contract end dates and identify upcoming contract extensions, scope changes, or variations.
- Actively monitor live bids and commercial opportunities within the Client's account, including:
- Monitoring client requests for additional resources or scope
- Flagging opportunities to the internal bid and leadership teams
- Ensure all executed contracts, fee letters, amendments, and supporting documentation are properly stored, version controlled, and maintained within the agreed SharePoint or contract database structure.
