- Coordinate monthly Topdown Forecast updates by liaising with relevant stakeholders; ensure timely completion of monthly invoicing before month-end closing.
- Create and maintain project in Dynamics 365 when needed.
- Provide support in WIP Management and related reporting.
- Manage and maintain databases for new client registrations and credit note processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP) matters, including follow up on Debt Collections.
- Follow up on SG Ops Timesheet to ensure 100% submission.
Risk/Compliance Management
- Follow up and assist in CDA (Commission Management) processes.
- Maintain and monitor the contract database to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Support and follow up on all client care compliance activities to ensure adherence to internal guidelines.
- Track, follow up, and ensure completion of SG Advance mandatory e-learning modules.
- Manage and update the database for new client onboarding.
- Project external subcon payment validation.
- Monitor, update, and manage timesheet submissions and utilization tracking.
BG BAU Bid Support
- Support business-as-usual (BAU) bids and fee extension processes.
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and related documentation.
- Convert and update CVs in the internal company database.
- Maintain and update project case studies in the internal company database.
- Handle vendor registrations and new client code setup.
- Maintain confidentiality agreements and proposal registers.
- Manage business and company registrations/renewals.
- End to end RM (Risk Management) Process
Other Administrative Support
- Organize and coordinate operations team meetings, including preparation of presentation materials, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Assist PM Cost Centre Lead (CCL) with expenses claims and timesheet submissions.
- Provide backup support for reception duties and coordinate travel requests when necessary.
- Deliver administrative assistance and ad hoc support to the team and business leads as required.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
