BIM Coordinator (Senior Consultant)

Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Digital division requires a Senior BIM Coordinator / Consultant with exceptional technical and communication skills to join our team in Lisbon.
The role requires a professional capable of managing the digital end-to-end lifecycle of a project, from initial Design phases through to As-Built delivery. You will be responsible for navigating complex environments, collaborating with and managing large groups of stakeholders, ensuring digital alignment at every step. We are looking for someone who doesn't hesitate when leading multidisciplinary teams and who possesses a proactive mindset toward efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

At Turner and Townsend, we lead the BIM process at organizational, programme and project level. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Digital Management: Overseeing the digital project flow from early Design, through Construction, to final As-Built handover.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating and collaborating with large-scale stakeholder groups, ensuring clear technical alignment and project buy-in.
• High-Level Coordination: Managing large-scale BIM coordination (projects exceeding 50+ models), ensuring clash detection and resolution excellence.
• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Leading and directing multidisciplinary teams with confidence, ensuring all parties adhere to the Digital standards. 
• Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implementing small scripts to improve daily workflows and team efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous BIM compliance checking and data verification using advanced tools
