Job Description

Lead the Turner & Townsend end to end recruitment process for real estate cost management division in Singapore
Working with business unit leaders to determine the resourcing requirements for the business in the short, medium and long term.
Develop and lead effective recruitment strategies which cover conventional and digital campaigns.
Drive usage and compliance of the ATS functionality
Implement ATS functionality to drive efficiencies across full candidate journey
Responsible for keeping agency expenditure to a minimum
