About the Role
As a Software Architect in our Caretech consulting team in Finland, you will play a key role in designing and delivering highâquality solutions for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading architectural work while staying handsâon in development. You will work closely with our customers, internal teams, and other vendors to translate requirements into sustainable, scalable solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their needs, solve complex problems, and turn requirements into new products or enhancements to existing services.
Work closely with developers in an Agile team, contribute to coding tasks, set up environments, and ensure architectural decisions align with business and technical requirements.
Recognize architectural, security, deployment, or configuration gaps early. Propose improvements that strengthen system integrity, reliability, and scalability.
Support team members with technical guidance, help resolve complex challenges, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
