Configuration manager - ServiceNow

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Configuration Manager to take ownership of our Configuration Management process and ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our ServiceNow CMDB. In this key role, you will help strengthen the foundation of our ITSM processes by maintaining auditable configuration data that drives stable operations and informed decisionâmaking across the organization.
Joining Tieto Indtech, Nexus unit as a ServiceNow Configuration manager
As a Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for leading the governance, data quality, and ongoing development of our ServiceNow CMDB. You will collaborate closely with Process Owners, Product Management, Customer Service functions, and the ServiceNow Platform Owner to ensure that configuration data remains trustworthy, complete, and aligned with our platform strategy and ITSM practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement â and who enjoys influencing how the organization manages technology information at scale.
