Youâll work hand in hand with teams like UX and Compliance to make sure every interaction is seamless, compliant, and delivers a top-tier customer experience.
Your playing field
- Develop winning strategies to meet regulatory requirements â for example, crafting clear and engaging communications that guide customers through document verification and other compliance steps.
- Run and analyze A/B tests for regulatory journeys in close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring every message performs at its best.
- Track performance and report on results, highlighting achievements and success rate improvements across all regulatory campaigns.
- Stay agile on the field by managing both ad-hoc and automated journeys, quickly adapting to new regulatory changes.
- Team up with the CRM Campaign team to align on the campaign calendar and maintain a consistent, seamless customer experience.
