Responsibilities
Responsible for solving complex problems within their discipline, leading projects, and providing informal guidance to colleagues.
Labor Law Compliance & ERGANI: Act as the primary point of contact for Greek & Cyprus labor authorities. Manage the end-to-end process of the PS ERGANI II (hires, terminations, schedule changes, and Digital Work Card monitoring) to ensure 100% compliance.
LWC Strategy & Relationship Management: Act as the primary HR interlocutor and "Company Representative" for the Local Works Council (LWC). Build and maintain a constructive, "good faith" relationship to ensure business continuity.
Strategic Advisory (Greece & Cyprus): Partner with local Business Leaders to translate global Nielsen strategies into locally relevant action plans, ensuring alignment with Greek and Cypriot employment customs.
Total Rewards & Benefits Liaison: Oversee the administration of local benefit programs (e.g., Private Health Insurance).
Payroll Collaboration: Coordinate with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate monthly reporting, including overtime calculations, leaves, and bonus payments.
Health & Safety Coordination: Ensure compliance with local Occupational Health and Safety regulations (Technical Safety Officers and Occupational Doctors) for both the Athens and Nicosia offices.
