As a Global Project Manager, you will lead Global New Active Ingredient (AI) programs, including 3rd Party Co-Development collaborations, from late Research through Development to commercialization.
Accountabilities:
- Build highly engaged and high performing Multifunctional Project Teams (MPTs) focused on delivering the best products successfully to the market.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills to secure required engagement, sponsorship, and approval for success.
- Develop co-owned and fully documented project recommendations for approval by the relevant governance bodies and senior leadership.
- Lead and manage complex change initiatives, in delivery of strategic initiatives and significant changes in program strategy.
- Inspire teams to creatively explore and exploit digital opportunities to drive development and launch digitally enabled products.
- Ensure project and resource data is correct, up-to-date, regularly reported and of high quality.
