To support this mission, Syngenta鈥檚 Manufacturing Site is seeking a Production Manager at Enofyta, Viotia. This role will support the delivery of production goals and ensure activities are carried out in compliance with company Stewardship standards plus Greek & EU legislation for safety, health and environmental aspects.
Accountabilities
- Provide Stewardship direction and visible commitment for all within the Production Department and ensure Stewardship responsibilities are clearly defined within the staff structure.
- Monitor plant performance, review and record processes and prepare improvement plans for the production plant.
- Identify needs and develop/provide instruction and training programs for the staff.
- Process/technical support, including short and long-term development and project work (new product integration, plant extensions, new lines).
- Ensure adequacy of production and distribution plans for most efficient labor planning and resources utilization.
- Ensure the ISO 9001-2015 quality system and ISO 14001-2015 environmental system, Health and Safety System 45001-2018 are operated as per documented procedures establishing an environment of continuous improvement
- Emergency procedures for production plants plus the support of the international transport emergency scheme.
