Compliance Associate (Maternity Leave Cover)
Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team on a maternity leave contract.
If you have a background in economics, chemical engineering, or business management, combined with proven experience in compliance or quality assurance, we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance-related or quality assurance roles
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Availability for on-site presence at our headquarters in Atessa, Italy
Your Responsibilities
- Support the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 9001 and 22005
- Maintain quality system standards, including product traceability protocols
- Review and update quality and traceability procedures
- Evaluate company processes and procedures from a quality perspective
- Apply ISO9001 and 22005 compliance requirements across various departments
- Conduct periodic audits on company procedures and processes
- Coordinate the customer complaints process
- Support investigation and root cause analysis for major non-conformities
- Ensure comprehensive, accurate filing and timely reporting on quality and traceability matters
- Manage the Quality Management System on a daily basis
- Organize and deliver employee training sessions on compliance topics
- Provide ongoing training on quality and traceability matters
