Sysco is recruiting for a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst with deep hands-on expertise in the Workday Recruiting module. This role is critical in ensuring that our Workday Recruitment processes are accurately configured, continuously optimised, fully compliant, and delivering a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers and HR teams across the Sysco Global Markets.
As a key member of our HR Service Delivery team, you will serve as a Workday Recruiting subject鈥憁atter expert, working closely with Senior Analysts, Team Leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure the module performs reliably end鈥憈o鈥慹nd. You鈥檒l take ownership of configuration design, troubleshooting, governance adherence, testing and the delivery of enhancements that strengthen both functionality and compliance.
This is a full鈥憈ime, permanent position based from home in either Great Britain or Ireland. While the role is primarily home-based, some flexibility for occasional travel may be required, along with flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with our US and Sri Lanka based Global HRIS team, when needed.

The successful applicant will bring expertise in the Workday Recruiting module, with a proven track record of configuring, optimising and troubleshooting complex Recruiting processes across European, US or global environments.
This role requires experience supporting large鈥憇cale, multi鈥慶ountry deployments, ensuring processes remain compliant with European regulations such as GDPR and local labour requirements while remaining scalable for global use. Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration documentation and conducting thorough impact analysis for Recruiting鈥憇pecific changes, alongside experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to support operational needs and compliance is essential. Adept at managing multiple configuration initiatives and enhancement projects from concept to delivery, working effectively in a fast鈥憄aced global environment while balancing competing priorities with precision and system reliability. Analytical skills are required, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, conduct root鈥慶ause analysis and propose scalable, compliant solutions. Confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations with clarity and a highly collaborative mindset, capable of working across multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
