Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives
Work closely with product owners, development teams, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs
Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI or Tableau
Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed
Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions
