Job Description

Maintain accurate accounting records for two UK entities
Ensure proper recognition of revenue and expenses in accordance with accounting principles
Prepare monthly management accounts and internal financial reports
Coordinate with local UK accounting and tax advisors regarding VAT returns and statutory filings
Review and validate VAT calculations and draft returns prepared by external consultants
Provide timely and complete documentation to local advisors for reporting purposes
Monitor VAT control accounts and perform reconciliations
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Support year-end closing process and liaise with external auditors
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities
