Job Description

Assist in coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
Support event registration processes, attendee communication, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure event materials align with brand guidelines.
Help with vendor coordination — including venues, hotels, catering, shipping, and suppliers.
Maintain event documentation, checklists, and timelines.
Assist in preparing event presentations, printed materials, and post-event reports.
