What We Are Looking For:
The Inside Sales Representative achieves business targets through excellent telephone and communications skills. This individual is responsible for the initiation of prospect calls, developing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. With a sales hunter mentality, the successful Inside Sales Representative should drive activities to achieve targeted goals.
This is a full-time and in-office position, working 5 days a week from our London office.
What You鈥檒l Be Doing:
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, create sense of urgency.
Work with Support and Validation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate CRM.
Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.
Manages end-to-end forecast under your territory portfolio of client renewals.
Mitigating down sales and maintaining a strong baseline and increasing renewals.
