This team delivers industry-defining products including digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, high-density power modules, DC/DC regulators, and discrete MOSFETs. As an Associate Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing these technologies to market—partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution, strategic alignment, and ramp readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of new product releases by aligning diverse teams – Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Firmware/Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality – with clear goals and fostering collaboration to achieve shared outcomes.
- Manage project planning, tracking, and execution from conceptualization through market release, including ramp readiness.
- Ensure process discipline, budget adherence, and execution efficiency while maintaining focus on priority deliverables and driving standardization with global processes.
- Co-ordinate and Conduct Project Gate reviews.
- Motivate and drive cross-functional teams toward flawless execution, positive ROI, and disciplined decision-making.
- Proactively identify and address risks and obstacles, demonstrating adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test sites, and material logistics to ensure timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and smooth project flow.
- Act as a clear communicator with project team and stakeholders on milestones for sample deliveries, reliability testing and product releases.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, reinforcing accountability and alignment through consistent communication.
- Provide structured updates to management on project status, potential risks, and subsequent actions while maintaining accurate schedules, qualification/reliability plans, and program management tracking systems.
- Enhance process standardization and scalability to strengthen execution discipline.
