To build & lead a local team of 4-5 online FAE. Working alongside REN sales and focused on supporting mass market and channel partners in India & SE Asia. The role is a player coach whilst building / running the team, also supporting customers and partners. The role will be the anchor point for this small team and will be instrumental in developing the business model and way of working for a long term sustainable high-quality support for our Southeast ASIA and India mass market customer base.
Responsibilities
- Build / develop / retain a customer centric technical team focusing on the best mix of technical & personal attributes to support, debug and guide customers technically with a system engineering approach for success.
- Build relationship and way of working (deployment/ coverage) with the REN sales and distribution partners in India.
- Develop the way of working with customers & contribute to wider development of providing best in class support to customers including support infrastructure & tools.
- Actively Participate in local business reviews with the relevant sales teams & partners and escalate / highlight gaps and issues needed to win customer sockets .
- Manage any logistics issues as it relates to running small office with development kits / tools and utilities that team need to provide effective L1 support for customers.
