Job Description
- Manage travel requests, bookings, and expense reporting using the Renesas travel management system
- Coordinate shipping orders, including PFI processing and customs number requests with Export Control
- Prepare and maintain Export Control declarations
- Administer the vendor management system, including onboarding and updating supplier records
- Support procurement process including RFQs, purchase requisitions and invoice verification
- Act as deputy/backup for other assistant, ensuring continuity of administrative operations
- Coordinate external contractors, on-site service inspections, and tracking of agreed deliverables
- Prepare meetings and maintain operational materials such as training documents, budgets, and signage
Additional Responsibilities
- Organize company-wide events, including summer and year-end events
- Administer and maintain SharePoint sites
