Job Description
Strong ATE programming skills
Strong Design Validation(DV) experience or skills
Ability to setup and execute verification test benches
Strong understanding of ATE instruments and usage
Cadence Specter / Sim Vision / AMS simulation
Working knowledge of Unix environments
Spice Simulation
HDL experience
System Verilog
Functional understanding of instrument fundamentals including control loops
Use of tools such as O鈥橲cope, DMM, Spectrum Analyzer, and built in debug tools
Design for Test (DFT) knowledge and experience implementing them on ATE
Ability to plan out tasks into a timeline and execute to them
Ability to collect technical information and organize / present them as needed.
