A personalised technical support engineer for mass market customers & channel partners, providing pre & post sales technical support to a geographical region and its customers, partner FAE and Renesas Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers on popular Catalog Embedded Products (MCU/MPU/Wireless)
- Post sales: Provide personalised technical support online (email / teams etc) to understand customers problems & solve them with smart efficient use of resources (own knowledge & product line resources)
- Pre Sales: Work with sales teams on understanding customers' requirements (product & application or use case) to position REN products and solutions in an advantageous way.
- Support Partner FAE in distribution on enabling them win with REN products & solutions.
- Solving technical issues raised by partner FAE bring to you .
- Providing them with training materials / collaterals / demos etc they need to convince customers to use REN products or solutions.
- Be their βgo toβ advocate within REN to enable partner FAE to be successful.
- Actively Participate in local business reviews with the relevant sales teams & partners and escalate / highlight gaps and issues needed to win customer sockets.
