Establish Red Bull as a strong consumer-focused brand through gaming events
- Start/improve an innovative and outstanding national gaming program by inventing and executing new event- and player鈥檚 projects concepts tailor-made and highly relevant for regional and national consumer groups offering personal experiences to participants and spectators and creating unique media content.
- Invention of new events and gaming projects.
- Organization of Red Bull events/projects of all scales with strong focus on participants, spectators and media on top quality and efficiency level either on her/his own or by briefing and supervising fitting partners (freelancer/event agency/Field Marketing Manager or Student Brand Manager) by following Red Bull principles and communications, legal, financial and sales needs and objectives
- Budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national event activities according to international benchmarks and guidelines. Assure external partner contribution for defined projects assuring a high level of efficiency
- Information responsibility (both directions) via the Red Bull Sportsnet (intranet) for all project related topics (updated event calendar and factsheets, news-postings etc.)
- Establishing Red Bull as functional beverage and innovative brand in gaming (athletes, nearly-all gaming scenes, opinion leaders, industry, agencies, media, federations, authorities etc.) by setting up a strong network and being approachable
- Design and contribute with unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content for Red Bull Media House
- Scouting, hiring, and management of Players (E-Athletes, Content Creators and Teams)
- Screen and answering all event related consumer requests and realizing fitting approaches and added-value activities in selected 3rd party events
