Distributor Management - Claims and Reconciliation
- Verify and process distributor claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support reconciliation of distributor accounts and obtaining No Dues Certificate.
- Support trade scheme management. Defining trade schemes in Bulls-I DMS.
- Assist in new distributor onboarding and F&F of closed distributors.
- Sending Customer Statements.
- Market Visits / DP Visits to understand the market issues.
On-Premise Financial Controlling
- Contract Management: Review contracts submitted by Sales teams for accuracy and compliance. Forward contracts to the Regional Controller for review and submission to HO for approval.
- Spend Monitoring: Monitor spend requests for consumption activation and free goods, ensuring alignment with budgets.
- Event Financial Discipline: Assist in ensuring financial discipline during events and activations by monitoring adherence to HO processes.
Marketing Cell & Wings Team Controlling
- Verify and process marketing cells expense.
- Review processes for tracking sampling stock and event tools used by the Wings Team.
- Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance, proper usage, and minimal stock discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of tracking systems for sampling stock and event tools, providing feedback on process adherence.
POSM Management & Regional Warehouse Management
- Collaborate with Sales/Operations to monitor POSM (Point of Sale Materials) deployment and their agreements.
- Work with Operations and HO Finance to implement and monitor processes and controls (e.g. stock audits) in regional warehouses.
- Support independent auditors/HO during physical verification of POSM assets deployed in the region.
Trade Spends Optimization and Sales Analysis
- Complete monthly account reconciliations, including FOC cans, distributor accounts, marketing cells, and other ledgers.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of branch financials, ensuring trade spends in FOC (free-of-charge) and cash comply with Red Bull鈥檚 controlling guidelines.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade spends by measuring their impact on sales growth across various channels (e.g., General Trade, SST, Modern Trade, On-Premise).
- Trade spends forecasts that align with sales objectives and budget constraints.
Governance, Compliance and Controls
- Support implementation of internal controls, conducting regular audits to ensure process adherence.
- Collaborate with Tax and HO teams to ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST laws and other statutory requirements.
- Work with Sales teams to ensure accurate Bulls-I data entry and compliance with established processes.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries.
