As the YouTube Producer, youâll ideate and develop exciting new content for the Red Bull Bike YouTube channel. Youâll be responsible for strategy, ideation, development, packaging and publishing of best practice content that drives organic reach on the platform. Youâll use insights and analytics to shape creative strategies, learn how to make better videos for YouTube, and translate these learnings into clear and actionable guidance for the Bike channel. Youâll bring a meticulous approach to content creation, combining creativity, editorial intuition and innovation with a deep understanding of the YouTube creator and publishing landscape.
Innovative YouTube Content
Youâll support with the creation of authentic, high-impact YouTube content that resonates with new and existing audiences. Youâlll apply a deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, titles, and thumbnails to shape content that stands apart from traditional formats and drives growth.
Content Development & Production
In this role, youâll support in shaping productions from concept to release, offering creative direction and YouTube-specific expertise throughout the process. Youâll support teams on scripting, shoots, and edits to ensure content is tailored for performance, retention, and audience growth. Youâll collaborate with internal production teams and external partners to produce the very best YouTube content tailored for Bike audiences.
Teamwork & Stakeholder Management
In this role, youâll provide expertise in content creation for Bike projects at Red Bull. Youâll support teams as a content expert to navigate project briefs and determine production needs for strong YouTube content. Youâll collaborate with a team of platform and subject experts and work alongside the Red Bull Global team to drive innovative ideation and ensure the effective execution of Red Bull Bike content projects.
Youâll coordinate with the Production Management Team on budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management specific to content productions. Additionally, youâll educate regional content teams on YouTube best practices and current trends, helping evolve creative ideas into viable Red Bull Bike concepts.
